Goulart Malbec Reserva 2007, ugly and unbalanced by acidity

Goulart Malbec Reserva 2007, By Finca Lugilde Goulart, USD 17

A malbec from somewhere in Lujan de Cuyo Departament, Central Mendoza. A too acid wine, highly unusual for an Argentinian Malbec. If you like acid and malic wines
you will find some good samples in Europe and even they may be good enough to drink. This is not the case for this Goulart Malbec Reserve 2007. Completely ugly and unbalanced. Coarse black fruit with harsh taninns. A 74 points red that doesn´t worth any bucks over 5.
