A blanc de Blanc (Chardonnay only) from somewhere in Mendoza. Pure green apple with hints of unripe pineapple. Simple and not quite elegant even though drinkable. It looks more like a Spanish Cider with bubbles.An 79 points sparking with few sticking out and to tell.
