A malbec from Vistaflores, Tunuyan Dpt, Uco Valley, South Mendoza
Great malbec with impressive nose of chocolate and sweet coffee. Toachy palate of dark berries jammy and delicate at the same. Caramelized boysenberries with dashes of cloves and cinnamon. Wide middle palate with less impressive ending and aftertaste.Quite complex mix with a few intriguing notes to discover even though still fruit driven. A 93 point malbec turned very complex and delicate at this point in life.
I´m not sure I´d like this wine 2-4 years down the road with more terciary notes and less typical fruit expression. Lets see it! A great value out of any doubt.
