Tasting notes of a local wine lover without elegant literacy or web design. Just plain wine talk. By the same token I analyze the opened bottle with my senses, just at the very end I re-check the producer (I first checked it when bought it for sure!),vintage, terroir, and price. These data allow me to reconstruct the wine and trace a botton line.

Caelum Chardonnay 2009, a straight and balanced chard from Agrelo
Caelum, Chardonnay 2009, By Bodega Caelum, USD 11
A Chardonnay from Agrelo district of Lujan de Cuyo Dpt in Central Mendoza. Good ripe peach and pear with sweety tone. A short dip of herbality quite nice. Not an overexpressed white, Smooth and attractive. A good value. A 87 points Chardonnay.
