Pedro Moises, reserva 2007 USD 15
From Cafayate Valley (Bodega El Tránsito) Salta a blend with malbec, cab sau, syrah and tannat. Dark red with strong black cherries some soft graphite and earthy note. Too alcoholic in the palate with great early and middle passage.Very different from Mendoza and Patagonia with no complexity at all. Too concentrated probably a technical stuff behind. Other Cafayate´s reds like Don David, San Pedro de Yacochuya,Ciclos,Laborum, and Altimus are more balanced. I´d say 86 points. Some people may like it even more. Good value.
