Infinitus, Malbec & Syrah 2007, A good patagonia´s son

Infinitus, Malbec & Syrah 2007, By Bodega Domaine Vistabla ,USD 7
From Patagonia,Malbec 80%, Syrah 20%. Striking malbec with opaque bordeaux typical from north patagonia. Wide nose with sweet ripe plum and cherries inviting from the beginning. The palate continues clearly fruity but with nice body (acidity and alcohol) somehow short though. Minimal smoky deep inside and spice too. I love it. Just like a Patagonian Malbec should look like. I´d say 88 points with a superb relation to price.
