Achaval Ferrer, malbec 2006, Tapiz malbec reserva 2004, Barely legal malbecs

Tapiz Malbec Reserva 2004, USD 15
from Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza.
Just fine malbec with nice typicity and attractiveness but a little bit hollow and harsh.Cheap oaky components in harmony. I´ll go 82 points with a barely good relation to price.

Achaval Ferrer, Malbec Mendoza 2006, also USD 15
fron Mendoza, Be carefull do not mistake this for the high quality ones (above 40-80 USD).Just fine Malbec like the previous. I don´t buy it twice even to try another vintage (cross my heart on that). It barely goes 81 points. (tasted 2 times this vintage and twice the 2005 too)
