Misterio, malbec 2009, By Finca Flichman,Mendoza, USD 6
Just a barely fair malbec for the money payed. Basic red cherries and sweet plum with a lactic acidity that goes well if food keeps the saltyness and acidity too. Otherwise it turns annoying. A soft red easy to go with pizza and burgers. A 76 points malbec with barely acceptable price value. Don´t ask it for more. You may get better malbecs for 6 bucks for sure. I don´t feel it competitive.
I changed the score from 79 to 76 given the beauty reds we may get for lerss than 10 bucks and that I will be reviewing soon more comprehensively
