Old fashioned malbec focused on `a little bit of everything´ and `no overexpression of anything´.Red brownish still bright color. Hard to catch aromas. Cooked quince and red cherries unsweetened.
A pinch of chocolate. A little bit oxidated tannins although still balanced and attractive. Good alcohol and soft acidity back up the tannins. An 88 points malbec which some people may enjoy but most probably won´t. Given its delicate tannins it surely was much better up to 6 years cellar and then it could had reached 90 points or more. In any case a poorly expressive malbec for 30 bucks. Good value if less than 15 bucks.
