Alto Perito Moreno Malbec 2007, too oaky and bizzare for an Agrelo value

Alto Glaciar Perito Moreno, Malbec 2007,Del Plata Foods & Wines, USD 30

A malbec from Agrelo Distric in Lujan de Cuyo made closed trade under Spanish consultant Isabel Mijares and put on inserstaves of american oak for 8 mos.Good red with overexpressed coffee and sweet dry fruits like dry figs ,prune and raising. Second place for black small fruits and plum. Balanced in acidity and alcohol. A 86 points malbec overpriced and over oaked. Probably living its end life. Likeable as it is , I wound´t buy it twice but some of my friends realy got enlightened by it.
