Tasting notes of a local wine lover without elegant literacy or web design. Just plain wine talk. By the same token I analyze the opened bottle with my senses, just at the very end I re-check the producer (I first checked it when bought it for sure!),vintage, terroir, and price. These data allow me to reconstruct the wine and trace a botton line.

Laureano Gomez, Reserve Pinot Noir 2010, from Tunuyan and a renowned winemaker good and fruity to enjoy young
Laureano Gomez, Pinot Noir Reserve 2010, By the winemaker, USD 22
A Pinot from Tunuyan, Uco Valley, Mendoza showing nice character and tipycity. Round and thin red cherries with black ones as won´t be other way from Uco´s any grape. Good acidity and alcohol. Nice ripeness too. Now an 89 points PN and surely 90 points 2-4 years ahead. It doesn´t look like a pinot with tannins and struture to improve beyond 4-6 years. Fair value for the price.
