San Pedro de Yacochuya 2007, By Yacochuya S.A., Cafayate Valley, Salta, USD 30
A blend malbec based from cafayate Valley (1,700 mts, 5,000 ft). Strange red with ripe grape aroma and palate. Sweet and gentle but it doesn´t taste fine or delicate, even more so given the 30 bucks.Some chocolate and vanilla from oak not very impressive.It tastes like must not mature wine. It barely reaches 75 points. Bad value . I tasted previous vintages and were quite different overall.
