A sparkling made of Pinot Noir and Malbec (blanc de noir) from somewhere in Mendoza.
Nice pale rose with very fine bubbles. Beautiful notes of little cherries very delicate and barely sweet. Nice peach and apricot quite sutil. Toasty envelope and soft buttery note well described n the back label as ´praline´. A 90 point sparkling and a competitive value, original and attractive.
