Tasting notes of a local wine lover without elegant literacy or web design. Just plain wine talk. By the same token I analyze the opened bottle with my senses, just at the very end I re-check the producer (I first checked it when bought it for sure!),vintage, terroir, and price. These data allow me to reconstruct the wine and trace a botton line.

Casa Boher, Extra Brut , Champenoise N/V, nice blend of Tupun and Maipu
Casa Boher, Extra Brut Champenoise N/V, USD 15
A Pinot Noir (70%) and Chard (30%) blending Maipu and Tupungato Departments of Mendoza.
Nice salmon shade with straight aromas of caramelized cherries and a soft peach with a toasty edge. The palate feels a little weak although attractive. Nice acidity and balance. Not the best bottle of this label I tasted. An 87 points sparkling with fair price. I guess this bottle may be on the downhill and this is the problem with non vintage labels (N/V), you never know what old the wine you buy.
