Cabernet Sauvignon from Cafayate´s Valley in Salta (Northeast Agentina). High lands.Regreatable unripe herbaceous dominant. Unripe red and black cherries, sour and coarse.

This grapes were harvested quite far before time. I´d say 76 points and no value at all unfortunately. Lets wait better works from Cafayate and from Finca Quara.
