Bianchi, Extra Brut 2003, By Familia Bianchi, USD 17
Outstanding sparkling and a great value. Grapes grown and vinified in San Rafael, South Mendoza. Wonderful and balanced green apples with perfect sweet apricot and melon to increase the beauty. Nice toasty smell and aroma lightly better percieved in the palate. Even a hint of lemon probably related to the nice acidity. A 92 points sparkling better than some Reim´s champenoise.
