Nice and attractive sparkling from San Patricio´s Valley (Neuquén) in Northpatagonia.Made with Pinot Noir 75% and Chardonnay 25% gives good balance of cherries memories and apple scent with soft tostand in good harmony. Extra Brut in sugar. Not sugary or sweety to cover an akward wine. Pleasant and dry.I´l say a 89 points sparkling made to last 3-4 years rich and full. Good value.
