Tasting notes of a local wine lover without elegant literacy or web design. Just plain wine talk. By the same token I analyze the opened bottle with my senses, just at the very end I re-check the producer (I first checked it when bought it for sure!),vintage, terroir, and price. These data allow me to reconstruct the wine and trace a botton line.

Andeluna Rose Malbec 2011, a great Rose from Tupungato Valley
Andeluna Rose Malbec 2011, By Andeluna Cellars, USD 12
A rose from Malbec of Tupungato Valley in Uco Valley

Brilliant and vivid pink color. Nice balance of red cherries and plum in a strong and well paired acidity and alcohol. Vivid expression red keeping a very good balance with sweetness. Given its high acidity this rose will go along perfect with many fish dishes. An 89 point rose to enjoy its best first 4 years old. Very good value.
