Bodega Herencias del Sur, Extra Brut Sparkling , N/V, USD 14A 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sparkling wine (Champenoise) from General Alvear,south Mendoza.
A weak sparkling with sweety palate and nose mostly ripe white plum and cherries.No backbone structure that I like of sparklings Champenoise style. No toasty or buttery notes either.Not bad but not attractive whatsoever.An 80 points sparkling soft and sound even weak to my desires.
