A very nice Cab Sau from San Rafeol Valley, South Mendoza.
Ripe and round with black cherries and boysenberries. Good chocolate envelope,soft and finely webbed.
A delicate CS with almost no herbal and peppery notes although wide and solid from middle palate to aftertaste. A 90 points red tha should improve next 2 to 4 years, A great value comprehensive and balanced
from its land of birth.
