Interesting Cab from above 1,000 mts (or 3,300 ft). Good balance without much concentration but nicely structured. Gentle herbaceous tannins with peppery notes and a touch of earthiness quite interesting. Not over the top fruitiness of easy drinking. You may even pick some eucapyltus spiciness too. Likeable balance through the palate. Probably not a wine to stand up alone but easy to go along with many foods and dishes. Good value clearly. Sure drink before 4 years. A 84 points Cab Sau with typicity and honesty.
