Tasting notes of a local wine lover without elegant literacy or web design. Just plain wine talk. By the same token I analyze the opened bottle with my senses, just at the very end I re-check the producer (I first checked it when bought it for sure!),vintage, terroir, and price. These data allow me to reconstruct the wine and trace a botton line.

Navarro Correas, Partida Limitada Blend 2009, a beautiful blend from Lujan de Cuyo
Navarro Correas, Partida Limitada 2009, By Bodegas Navarro Correas, USD 14
A Malbec & Cabernet Sauvignon fifty each from Lujan de Cuyo Dpt Central Mendoza (a tribute to the new second winery launched in 2009).
Bright red from the sniff on. Delicate vanilla and sweet oak that turn bigger on the palate. Nice red fruits with plum and cherries. Sweet chocolate and an edge of toast too. Everybody likes it. Quite beautiful and attractive. A 91 point red and a great value to try. I hope this wine reach standart level at the retail. I mean, all too often most Argentinian wines are unsteady, changing in quality and unpredictable (to regret my self).
