Deseado, Torrontes tardio & sparkling, By Familia Shroeder, USD 11
Good sparkling from San Patricio´s valley (San patricio del Chañar, Neuquen, Patagonia) made of Torrontes late harvest (tardio). Nice pale yellow with a dash of green. Sweet lemony nose and middle palate typical of Torrontes from Patagonia and not seen in high lands torrontes (Cafayate or Uco´s Valley). Some white flowers and ripe peach enclose undertones. I´d say a 88 points sparkling with very good value component .
